Chosen in the third round by Ottawa in the 2001 draft, Danny Bois played five seasons for the Binghamton Senators of the AHL during a 12-year pro career. Bois’ 2007-08 Binghamton Senators game-worn jersey is from the season after he played his only NHL game for Ottawa, when he rang up seven PIMs to etch his name on the scoresheet. Bois totaled 153 PIMs for a second straight season in Binghamton after racking up 287 and 226 during his first two AHL campaigns. That explains the custom-shortened fight strap in the back of the jersey. Size 58 flag tag hangs below the Reebok CCM tagging in the back of the neck. “3/16/08” is written in black marker as the “date issued” on the “Season 2007-08 Authentic Game Worn Jersey Certified by the Binghamton Senators” patch sewn inside the back behind the flag tag. AHL 2008 All-Star Classic patch is sewn on the right rear hem at the hip, with the AHL and Reebok patches sewn on the hem to the left, and the M&T Bank sponsor’s patch is sewn on the right breast. The right sleeve has a black mark and board burn sits on the red fabric, and the left sleeve displays a couple of light black marks below the numbers. The front tail displays several small reddish-brown stains on the left side and is covered with various black stick marks.
