A sure fire first ballot Hall of Famer, by the time LeBron James was thirty years old he had already been a household name for half of his life. Entering public consciousness as the most heralded high school phenom the game of basketball had ever seen, legendary former UCLA coach John Wooden said of LeBron that “He’s as dominant a player I’ve seen since Oscar Robertson”. Selected first overall by his hometown team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, in the 2003 NBA Draft, LeBron has gone on to a career spanning 20 seasons and counting and has won four championships along with countless awards including 4 NBA Finals MVP’s, 4 NBA MVP’s, 2 Olympic gold medals with Team USA, Rookie of the Year in 2004 and 18 straight NBA All-Star selections as of this writing. He’s that good. Offered here, is this copy of the basketball superstar's 2003-04 Topps Pristine rookie card. Picturing the young phenom in casual full uniform posed photo over the front with the finish and sheen of the image reminiscent of what is seen on cards from the company's Chrome release, the write-up on the back of the card lists a bevy of Lebron's high-school accomplishments including how he was the highest-rated high-school player in the country as well as the first three-time winner of Ohio's "Mr. Basketball" award among other things. Having been bestowed PSA's perfect by definition mark of GEM MT 10, the card is housed in a flawless PSA holder and awaits its new home in your all-important collection!
