Combining to suit up in the blue and yellow of the Buffalo Sabres for a total of 295 National Hockey League games over the parts of 6 seasons of play, offered here we present this Sabres jersey worn by Brent Peterson during the 1983-84 season which was then recycled for use by Don Lever in 1985-86. An Ultrafil knit material garment made by Maska, a partial brand tag remains affixed to the inner collar along with a mostly washed out size tag that displays a size "50" designation. Having had a Maska" logo embroidered into the reverse hem, a style only worn by the Sabres during the 1983-84 campaign, the front is decorated with a familiar Sabres team crest in layered tackle twill that also features embroidered details. Having had matching smaller primary logo patches added over both shoulders, Peterson's and Lever's number "20" has been sewn to the sleeves and verso in dual layer yellow-over-white tackle twill numerals. Displaying a blue twill nameplate with "Lever" spelt across it in single layer yellow twill letters affixed over the upper reverse, evidence of the once applied and longer "Peterson" nameplate can easily be made out as well. Utilizing a ribbon style fight strap on the interior, the jersey exhibits good game-wear in the form of light stick marks and board burns over the front and both sleeves, additional board burns over both shoulders, light pilling on the outside of each cuffs, red coloured board paint transfer marks on the right hip and sleeve and team repairs totalling four (4) by our count over the front, at the top of the "0" on the reverse and left shoulder. Additionally, pilling is present on the interior of both sleeves and an LOA will accompany the piece.
