Hailing from an era that saw the Detroit Red Wings stand as one of the most dominant teams in the National Hockey League, winning a Stanley Cup in 2002 and a Presidents Trophy in 2004, offered here we present this pair of Detroit Red Wings goal sticks wielded by Dominik Hasek and Curtis Joseph during their respective tenures with the team. TPS (Hasek) and Bauer (Joseph) made models that display graphics/stamps of "Hasek" and "Cujo" over their respective upper shafts, both sticks retain the original tape jobs over the blades and upper shafts while the Hasek stick has white tape added over the lower paddle and the Joseph a white grip tape around the handle. Both exhibiting good game-use, both sticks remain structurally sound and free from any cracks or breaks. With the Hasek stick displaying his commonly seen shaved paddle, the stick shows use in the form of puck marks throughout on both as well as over both sides of the blade and paddle tape as well. Additionally, red post paint transfer marks are observed on the backside of the upper shaft while a blue coloured one is present on the backside of the upper paddle area. For the Cujo stick, the story is much the same though it does show heavier signs of use via more puck marks over both sides of the taped and untaped areas of the lumber as well as some abrasions to the graphics on the forehand side of the paddle. Sporting a few scattered red post paint transfer marks on the backside of the upper shaft as well, both twigs present beautifully and would make excellent additions to your esteemed collection.
