Hailing from the latter portion of Original Six era of the National Hockey League, offered here is this collection of Topps and Parkhurst hockey cards from the early-1960s. Starting with the earliest grouping, a total of twenty-three (23) cards from Parkhurst's 1960-61 release are present, including #'s 5, 7, 9-Kelly, 10 (x2), 11-Baun, 13, 14 (x2), 16-Stanley, 17-Armstrong, 24, 28, 35, 38-Moore, 42-Marshall, 44-Johnson, 52-Talbot (x2) and 60-McDonald, also included are examples of 20-Howe (VG to VG-EX - light water stain on back), 47-Beliveau (VG to VG-EX - small scuff on reverse top border) and 49-H. Richard (VG to VG-EX - corner wear) while the others listed are found to be in the condition ranges of mostly EX with a couple of the cards in a lower grade state. Moving on to specimens from 1961-62 Parkhurst, leading that pack are those of 2-Mahovlich (G to VG - light crease), 20-Howe (GOOD - crease) and 31-Sawchuk (VG to VG-EX - corner wear) while also present are #'s 9-Kelly, 11-Baun, 13, 16-Stanley, 17-Armstrong, 18-Brewer, 22, 24, 28, 29-Pronovost and 37-Langlois which are all mostly in a VG to VG-EX state while a couple are worse off due to stains or creases. Also including twenty-one (21) card from the 1963-64 Topps release that include the likes of Schmidt, Johnston, Mohns, Vasko, Howell and Goyette among the notable names, fifteen (15) of the cards are in the scope of EX shape while the other six (6) are VG or less. With the last main group of the lot consisting of eleven (11) cards from 1960-61 Topps that features #'s 4 (x3), 6, 11-Bucyk, 24, 28 (x2), 34, 57 and 65-Pilote, seven (7) of them are seen as being in the range of EX while the other four (4) are present as VG or less. Finally, the last cards include a 1955-56 Parkhurst card of 17-Marshall (G to VG - miscut and shows Bert Olmstead's reverse along with stains), and 1955-56 Parkhurst Quaker Oats Cards of 22-Jackson (GOOD - small bottom border cut), 24-Primeau (GOOD - small top border cut), 26-Conacher (EX to EX-MT), 30-Bailey (GOOD - crease top left and bottom right - signed over the front) and 57-Morenz (VG-EX to EX - light discolouration on front), also present is a 1957-58 Parkhurst card of Gerry James that is VG to VG-EX condition and signed by him over the front as well as a 1959-60 Parkhurst card of Ken Reardon that is seen as being in GOOD condition.
