A standout for numerous seasons with Chicago and Philadelphia, scoring over 1,200 career points, Jeremy Roenick appeared in nine All-Star Games and represented the US at every international level. A veteran of 1363 National Hockey League games and a silver medalist with Team USA at the 2002 Olympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City, offered here is this stick used by Roenick in his first couple of years with the Blackhawks during the era of the late-1980s and early-1990s. A Victoriaville made Ultra 4050 model twig in white and black that has "J. Roenick" stamped over the shaft, the stick retains its original white tape job over the shaved handle and knob while the original black tape that was in place over the blade has long since been removed to facilitate Roenick's flowing silver marker ink signature that displays without issue. Exhibiting excellent game-use throughout its entirety, numerous marks and abrasions are present throughout the length of the shaft as well as over the areas of the lower shaft and heel as well while dents are observed along the edges in a couple of spots as well along with coloured paint transfers. Also showing evidence of wear to the toe, the bottom of the blade also shows heavy wear through a crack and splintering but the desirable twig is still found to be structurally sound despite this. Additionally, also included is a pair of game-used pro CCM Supra Black Hawks game pants. Said to have been worn by Roenick according to our consignor but not displaying any identifiers that could place him as being his, the pants are not being attributed to any one specific player. Void of any size tagging but appearing to be either a size "large" or "extra large" and featuring the remains of a CCM label tag over the interior waist, the black coloured pants display with red and white coloured stripes up the side of each leg along with a CCM logo patch while a Blackhawks logo patch has been sewn atop the left thigh above a "CCM Supra" designation that has been embroidered in. Including both a skate lace and internal belting system, the pants remain in good condition with no major flaws on the interior while a handful of marks and abrasions are preset over the exterior.
