Originally drafted 111th overall by the Toronto Maple Leafs at the 2006 NHL Entry Draft, Korbinian Holzer would play in 206 National Hockey League contests over the course of his career, split between Toronto, Anaheim and Nashville while also playing overseas in the KHL (Russia) and DEL (Germany). Suiting up on numerous occasions for his native Germany including at the Olympic Games in 2010 and 2022, offered here is this Maple Leafs jersey worn by Holzer during the 2014-15 season. Made by Reebok and featuring a lone size "58" label affixed to the inner collar, the classic tie-neck style garment has been accented over the front and reverse necklines with the crests of the NHL and Reebok respectively. Decorated over the front with a Maple Leafs team crest that has had "Toronto Maple Leafs" embroidered into it, matching alternate logo patches have been placed over both shoulders. Having had Holzer's number "55" sewn to the sleeves and verso in single layer blue twill numerals, "Holzer" is spelt out in matching style across the affixed matching nameplate across the top of the back. Exhibiting good game-wear, stick marks are observed over the front, reverse and both sleeves with the right sleeve showing battle scars in the form of a pair of team repairs, small unrepaired holes, board burns and coloured board paint transfers while the left sleeve shows a couple of small and light board burns as well as a light board paint transfer mark as well. Of note, light orange coloured spot stains are seen throughout the jersey as well. With a Leafs team tag numbered "E-0071" sewn inside the reverse hem and accompanied by a matching Leafs COA, the jersey has been photo-matched with Getty Image #463302030 (February 12th, 2015 vs New York Islanders) to the team repair, blue board paint transfer and dark stick mark on the right sleeve.
