A product of the United States National Team Development Program, Seth Jones spent a season in Portland with the Winterhawks before making his NHL debut with Nashville, in 2013-14, the team that drafted him 4th overall that summer. Enjoying a six (6) season stay in Columbus with the Blue Jackets before being traded to the Windy City, offered here is this photo-matched Chicago Blackhawks jersey worn by Jones during the 2021-22 season. Made by Adidas, a band displaying both "Made in Canada" and size "58" designations resides over the inner collar above a Prime Green logo and handwritten black marker ink notations reading "1" and "21/22" for the set and year. Accented over the front and reverse necklines with NHL shield and Adidas logos, the front of the jersey is decorated with Chicago's famed Indian head crest that features beautiful chain-stitched details throughout while the memorial patch worn by the team for HHOFer Tony Esposito has been added over the right breast. With matching chain-stitched tomahawk alternate logo patches residing over both shoulders, Jones' number "4" is sewn to the sleeves and verso in dual layer white-over-black tackle twill numerals while "Jones" is spelt out in single layer white twill letters across the affixed matching nameplate at the top of the back. Exhibiting good game-wear, stick marks are observed over the lower front and reverse, both sleeves and under the front crest while board burns are present over both elbows as well. Showing additional wear through a trio of team repairs to the right elbow area, pilling and additional marks are found on the interior. Regarding the aforementioned photo-match, the jersey is matched with Getty Image #1237259399 (December 15th, 2021 vs Washington) to the stick mark in the white stripe on the reverse.
