The 24th overall pick of the 2004 National Hockey League Entry Draft by the Washington Capitals, Jeff Schultz would play a total of 409 NHL games over the course of his career between Washington and the Los Angeles Kings. A Calder Cup Champion in both 2006 with the Hershey Bears and in 2015 with the Manchester Monarchs, Schultz would also win a Stanley Cup with the Los Angeles Kings in 2014. The CCM size tag indicates it is a size "58+" on the inner collar, and the back of the collar has a "Reebok" patch. The MeiGray patch on the inside hem states "NHL game-worn jersey 2008-2009 season F07279" and according to MeiGray's population report, the jersey is a "White Set 2" example. The MeiGray LOA confirms that "this White Set 2 jersey was worn by #55 Jeff Schultz during the 2008-2009 National Hockey League regular season". The jersey is customized with pinched-in sleeves. As for game wear, the right sleeve exhibits a half dozen or so game marks, including a small stick mark on the lower sleeve. The left shoulder has two large team repairs and one smaller team repair on the lower left sleeve, along with two small unrepaired holes below the number "55". The front and back exhibit half a dozen or so game marks, including a stick mark on the lower back of the jersey. The fight strap shows signs of some washing. Accompanied by a MeiGray LOA with the Authentication Program number F07279 matching the one on the jersey.
