Originally drafted 159th overall by the St. Louis Blues at the 1987 NHL Entry Draft, Guy Hebert would play a total of ten (10) seasons in the National Hockey League, spending eight (8) of them on the west coast as a member of the Anaheim Mighty Ducks. Earning Vezina Trophy votes in three (3) seasons and skating for his native United States of America on numerous occasions, offered here is this photo-matched Anaheim Mighty Ducks jersey donned by Hebert during the 2000-01 season, his last year with the club. An air-knit construction garment made by CCM, size "60" and "Goalie Style" labeling have been affixed to the inner collar with a number "1" penned to the latter of the two (2) tags in black marker ink to denote it as a set 1 specimen. Having had a CCM logo patch placed over the reverse neckline and the NHL shield emblem embroidered into the reverse hem, the front of the jersey is decorated with a "puffy" Mighty Ducks team crest that features embroidered details throughout while matching alternate logo patches have been placed over both shoulders. With the sleeves and verso having been accented with Hebert's number "31" in stacked tri-layer tackle twill numerals, "Hebert" is spelt out in single layer eggplant twill letters across the affixed matching nameplate at the top of the reverse. Displaying with good game-wear through puck marks that are present over the front and both sleeves, the jersey sports additional battle scars in the form of a board burn on the right sleeve and some light fraying/loose threads on the interior with some salting and rusting found in the snaps of the fight strap as well. Showing a Mighty Ducks team stamp on the interior for the 2000-2001 season, the jersey is photo-matched with Getty Image #1319815262 (December 20th, 2000 vs Atlanta) to the puck mark observed underneath the "1" of the right sleeve.
