Anaheim’s first-round pick (No. 5) in the 1998 NHL Draft, Vitali Vishnevski spent his first six NHL seasons with the Ducks and played a total of 552 games in the league, finishing up with Atlanta, Nashville and New Jersey in his final two seasons. This Mighty Ducks third jersey was worn by Vishnevski during the 2005-06 regular season and playoffs. Size “56” flag graces the collar, with Reebok and NHL crests over the reverse neckline and bottom hem respectively. Styled with “Anaheim” in white felt over a tackle twill base with “Mighty Ducks” embroidered, “5” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in layered twill, with matching alternate crests residing on each shoulder. The sleeve cuffs were modified with cellophane tape that remains intact on the right sleeve, while adhesive residue is all that remains on the similar previous customization on the left sleeve. There are two team repairs to the left of the number 5 on the right sleeve. The left sleeve exhibits board burns, including one in the middle of the secondary logo patch on the shoulder, and unrepaired burn holes. There is a reddish-brown spot stain on the front tail. A MeiGray patch numbered “C00291” is affixed to the inside hem that matches the accompanying LOA, and according to the company’s population report, the jersey is a "Third Set 2 / Playoffs" specimen.
