The New York Islanders game-worn jersey was worn during the 2008-09 season by Blake Comeau, who played over 900 regular season games in five different cities, including New York, Calgary, Columbus, Colorado and the Dallas Stars. The CCM size tag indicates it is a size "58" on the inner collar, and the back of the collar has a "Reebok" patch. The MeiGray patch on the inside hem states "NHL game-worn jersey 2008-2009 season F11098" and according to MeiGray's population report, the jersey is a "Navy Set 3" example. The MeiGray LOA confirms that “this Navy Set 3 jersey was worn by #Blake Comeau during the 2008-2009 National Hockey League regular season”. The right sleeve has a couple of game marks, including an unrepaired board burn and an unrepaired hole on the cuff, and the left sleeve has a game mark next to the number “57”. Both inside hems exhibit some pilling, and the fight strap shows signs of some washing. Accompanied by a MeiGray LOA with the Authentication Program number F11098 matching the one on the jersey.
