This Al Arbour commemorative jersey was worn by Ruslan Fedotenko during the third period of “Al Arbour #1500 Night” at the Nassau Coliseum. The MeiGray LOA reads, “Al Arbour coached the New York Islanders from 1973-74 to 1985-86, winning four consecutive Stanley Cups. He added another six seasons to his resume from 1988-89 to 1993-94, before he retired with 739 victories and 1499 Isles games coached”. On November 3rd, 2007, Arbour returned to the bench for his 1500th game, and the Isles won 3-2 over the Pens. The left breast bears the “Al Arbour #1500 Night” patch. The MeiGray patch on the inside hem states, “NHL game-worn jersey 2007-2008 season E07013", and according to MeiGray's population report, the jersey is a "White - w/ 'Al Arbour 1500th Game 11/3/07' Patch" example. The front of the jersey has a couple of game marks toward the bottom, and the hem shows signs of some pulling. Accompanied by a MeiGray LOA with the Authentication Program number E07013 matching the one on the jersey.
