Sam Gagner, the Oilers 6th overall draft pick in 2007, has spent nearly 10 years playing in Edmonton, making additional stops in Arizona, Philadelphia, Columbus, Vancouver, Detroit, and Winnipeg. The size tag indicates it is a size "56" on the inner collar with an Elite Sportswear tag nearby, and the back of the collar has a "Reebok" patch. The team patch on the inside hem asserts "Edmonton Oilers 2011/2012 season set #3." The MeiGray patch on the inside hem states "NHL game-worn jersey 2011-2012 season I06334," and according to MeiGray's population report, the jersey is a "Blue Retro Set 3" example. The MeiGray LOA confirms that "this Blue Retro Set 3 jersey was worn by #89 Sam Gagner during the 2011-2012 National Hockey League regular season." Both sleeves exhibit a dozen or so game marks in total. On the inside of both lower sleeves, there is some light pilling, as well as the inside hem on the back. The fight strap shows some signs of washing. Accompanied by a MeiGray LOA with the Authentication Program number I06334 matching the one on the jersey.
