A product of the WHL's Lethbridge Hurricanes that played the entirety of his junior career with the club, Dwight King would be selected 109th overall at the 2007 NHL Entry Draft by the Los Angeles Kings and go on to play 365 games in the National Hockey League with the likes of Los Angeles and the Montreal Canadiens. Helping the Kings to Stanley Cup championships in both 2012 and 2014, offered here is this Los Angeles third jersey worn by King during the club's "Shirt Off Our Backs Night" on April 12th, 2014 against the Anaheim Ducks. The same style of sweater as what was worn by the club during their Stadium Series game against the Ducks on January 25th, 2014 at Dodger Stadium, the Reebok made garment sports a lone size "58" label affixed to the inner collar while the front and reverse necklines have been accented with the logo crests of both the NHL and Reebok respectively. A faux tie-neck style jersey that is decorated over the front with a sewn on sublimated Kings alternate team crest with an "LA" alternate logo placed atop of the left shoulder, the sleeves and verso have been styled with King's number "74" in dual layer black-over-white tackle twill numerals. Having had "King" spelt out in matching style letters that have been sewn down directly to the material over the upper reverse and sporting both the original and additional fight straps on the interior of the jersey, the shirt shows just light game-wear in the form of a board burn/small unrepaired cut over the right elbow area. Also showing moderate-to-heavy staining over the front, reverse and both sleeves, a Kings team tag denoting the jersey as being from the "Shirt Off Our Backs Night" is sewn on inside the reverse hem alongside a MeiGray tag numbered "K04875". With the company's population report listing the jersey as a "Silver - Promotional Game 4/12/14 - Shirt Off Their Back Night" example, the jersey, displaying a heavily faded and barely visible signature of King's at the top of the "7" on the reverse, has been photo-matched with Getty Image #484493533 (April 12th, 2014 vs Anaheim) to the bit of white stitching in the "N" of "King" that extends into the black portion of the letter.
