A third-round pick (No. 67) by Edmonton in the 1998 NHL Draft, Alex Henry played a total of 177 NHL games with the Oilers, Washington, Minnesota and Montreal. Henry’s 2000-01 AHL Hamilton Bulldogs game-worn jersey is from his second pro season, when he had 5 points in 56 games and 87 PIMs. The size 58 flag tag in the neck has a “00/01” season notation in black marker on the right side. Dodge Ram sponsor’s patch is sewn on the right breast and Hamilton patches are sewn on each shoulder. The AHL patch is sewn on the back of the neck and another is sewn on the right rear tail to the right of the embroiderd SP logo. There is evidence of a former nameplate on this gamer, which has black marks on the left rear tail. Some nice stitchwork on a solid grouping of four team repairs on the right sleeve, including a substantial fix on the lower white stripe that displays red and blue paint transfer. The left sleeve has black marks, red paint transfer and board burns along with two team repairs on the elbow. The front tail has a board burn with an unrepaired hole and black marks along with a bit of red paint transfer.
