Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction April 2024
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 4/30/2024
Signed by the Edmonton Oilers to a three-year, entry-level contract in 2011, Martin Marincin spent parts of two seasons in Alberta before playing in parts of five seasons with Toronto beginning in 2015-16. We have a special Leafs “Armed Forces” jersey honouring our important military that was issued to Marincin for the pre-game warm-up on Canadian Armed Forces night, Feb 2, 2019, vs Pittsburgh (he did not play in the match). In solid army green with camouflage accents, a label with “58” sizing is affixed to the collar, repeated over the inserted band, with NHL and Adidas crests over the front and reverse necklines respectively. Featuring a vintage style Leafs team crest with embroidered detailing, “52” appears over the sleeves and verso in single white twill, with “Marincin” over the affixed nameplate in matching material. Issued for the pre-game warm-up but never worn, the jersey remains in gorgeous like-new condition. An LOA from the Leafs will accompany.
