Affectionately referred to as "The Baby Penguins" by supporters, the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins have existed since 1999. This circa 2002-04 Penguins captain’s jersey was game-issued to Tom Kostopoulos, who wore the “C” with W-B/S at the time and played 630 NHL games with Pittsburgh, Los Angeles, Montreal, Carolina, Calgary and New Jersey. Size 58 flag tag hangs below the SP tagging in the back of the collar. The parent Penguins crest is sewn on each shoulder and SP and AHL patches are sewn on the right rear tail. This gorgeous Baby Penguins jersey displays no noticeable game wear and if offered as a game-issued jersey. The captain’s “C” is sewn on the left breast with a fierce skating Penguin logo crest sewn on the front.
