This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 4/30/2024
Dennis Wideman, a 12-year NHL veteran, played 12 games with the Peoria Rivermen in the AHL before joining the St. Louis Blues for the remainder of the season. Wideman later played for four other NHL clubs, including the Bruins, Panthers, Capitals and Flames. The size tag indicates it is a size "56" on the inner collar, and the back of the collar has a "Reebok" patch. Sewn to the right breast is a “CAT” sponsorship patch. Additionally, sewn to the inside hem is a MeiGray patch, and the back hem has a “Reebok” and “AHL” patch affixed to it. Apart from some light board burns on the right sleeve, the jersey shows no noticeable game marks. The accompanying MeiGray LOA confirms that this “blue jersey, registered into The MeiGrade System, was worn by Dennis Wideman during the first half of the 2005-2006 American Hockey League regular season”. The jersey is also accompanied by a MeiGray COR.
