First playing in Russia, Alexei Ponikarovsky was drafted by Toronto in 1998, and dressed for six different NHL clubs throughout his career. This Leafs jersey was worn by the Ukrainian international in 2007-08. CCM size “60” labeling sits along the collar, with embroidered NHL and Reebok patches on the front and back neckline respectively. Featuring the Leafs team crest that was first used in 1987, the garment has also been finished with tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with "Ponikarovsky" across the nameplate in single white twill. Game-wear includes a few fabric pulls, with burn marks to the shoulders along with a few small holes to the lower right sleeve. A MeiGray patch numbered "E01182" is affixed to the inside hem, and according to the company’s population report, the jersey is a “Blue Set 1” specimen. A matching LOA will accompany.
