A charter member of the American Football League in 1960 that was granted entry into the National Football League in 1970 as a result of the AFL/NFL merger, the New England Patriots have gone on to win a total of six (6) Super Bowl championships, all under the leadership of head coach Bill Belichick and the play calling of Tom Brady between 2001 and 2018. Offered here, we present this collection of Patriots memorabilia including a jersey worn by linebacker Gary Guyton on October 25th, 2009 vs Tampa Bay in the NFL International Series game in London, England that as well as Super Bowl LIII single-signed framed photo displays of Sony Michel and Stephon Gilmore.
Starting with the Guyton jersey, a Reebok made offering with a brand tag affixed to the inner collar along with size "48" and "09" year flag tags, both NFL equipment and Patriots wordmark patches have been added at or underneath the front collar. Having had Guyton's number "59" added over the front, reverse and both sleeves in stacked tri-layer tackle twill numerals, the all-important 50th anniversary patch worn by the Patriots during the season has been sewn over the left breast while an NFL International Series crest has been added alongside it over the right side. Having been accented over each sleeve with both Patriots and Reebok logos, the jersey exhibits excellent game-use and is riddled with hit marks and paint transfers over the front, reverse and both sleeves as well, the jersey remains in an unwashed state and shows dirt marks throughout as well. Originally acquired from NFL Auctions, a PSA/DNA COA will accompany the piece along with an additional LOA though it should be mentioned that no PSA/DNA sticker is affixed to the jersey itself.
Additionally, also included with the lot is a pair of single-signed framed displays of Sony Michel and Stephon Gilmore. Each measuring out to full dimensions of roughly 17" x 23 1/4" and housed in simple black frames that display with just light wear with some scratches to the glass of each as well, the displays both include signed photos of each player during plays of Super Bowl LIII against the Los Angeles Rams. With both images matted under red and blue coloured mattes with a Patriots logo placed underneath, both have signed with black ink signatures that display well while Gilmore has added inscriptions reading "SB LIII" and "GW INT" underneath his autograph in matching ink. Additionally, both images have had Fanatics holograms affixed to them at the bottom right corner.
