Representing Canada at the 2000 IIHF World Junior Championship, Mike Ribeiro was drafted by Montreal in 1998 and played for five different NHL clubs. From his time with the Canadiens early in his career, we have a Montreal jersey worn by Ribeiro in the early-2000s, circa 2000-02, accompanied by a stick used by Ribeiro circa 1999-2000. A label with "54" sizing is affixed to the collar, with CCM and NHL crests to the reverse neckline and bottom hem respectively. Styled with the most famous team crest in hockey, “71” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in layered tri-colour tackle twill, with “Ribeiro” across the affixed nameplate in single blue twill. Game-wear consists of marks, scuffs and paint transfer to the sleeves, with additional paint transfer to the reverse hem. There is also a pen mark near the team crest. The stick is a Koho model with "Ribeiro" stamped and "71" handwritten, with the original white tape to the blade, knob and spiral pattern to the shaft. Light game-use is shown with the tape slightly yellowing from age. Ribeiro has signed the blade in dark blue marker.
