Drafted 14th overall by the Tampa Bay Lightning in 2017, Cal Foote owns family bragging rights by having been selected eight (8) spots higher than his father Adam Foote and thirteen (13) spots higher than his brother Nolan. A Stanley Cup champion with Tampa Bay in 2021, offered here is this photo-matched Lightning third jersey worn by Foote during the 2021-22 season. Made by Adidas, a band displaying both “Made in Canada” and size “60” designations resides over the inner collar underneath a sublimated “Bolts” wordmark and above a screened on Primegreen logo. Featuring a pattern that is inspired by Adidas’ primeknit shoes, the black and grey coloured garment is decorated with a layered tackle twill Lightning team crest over the front and matching blacked out alternate logo patches over each shoulder. Displaying the crests of both the NHL shield and Adidas over the front and reverse necklines respectively, the sleeves and verso have had Foote’s number “52” sewn to them in dual layer tackle twill numerals while “Foote” is spelt out in single layer grey twill letters across the affixed matching nameplate. Exhibiting good game-use, numerous board burns are seen over both sleeves with a fabric backed team repair observed underneath each elbow as well. Displaying a Lightning team tag denoting the jersey as a “2021-22 Season Official Game Jersey” sewn inside the reverse hem, a Lightning hologram numbered “GWJ000696” is affixed to the fight strap and is accompanied by a matching Lightning LOA.
Regarding the photo-matches, the jersey is matched with Getty Image #1367592862 (January 29th, 2022 vs Vegas) to the team repair under the right elbow and with Getty Image #1367602568 (January 29th vs Vegas) to the loose black thread at the top portion of the "2" on the left sleeve.
