Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction September 2023
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 9/19/2023
Seeing action in just 45 regular-season games with the final three clubs of his career, Wendel Clark would play 13 games with the Chicago Black Hawks in 1999-2000 - his last NHL season. This Black Hawks jersey was worn by the physical dynamo in 1999-2000. Pro Player labeling is affixed to the collar with "56" sizing, with Pro Player and NHL crests to the reverse hem. Styled with an absolutely gorgeous chain-stitched multi-coloured Indian head team crest, the solid black V-neck has been accented with "17" white-over-red tackle twill, with matching chain-stitched Tomahawk alternate crests over each shoulder. The NHL 2000 crest is sewn to the right breast. The fight strap has also been customized and reinforced, with the sleeves shortened. Game-wear is light, with a few faint burn marks to the left sleeve, and a dark mark to the lower right sleeve. An LOA from the Black Hawks will accompany this desirable gamer.
