Having played 19-years of professional hockey throughout various leagues all over the world, Swedish born defenceman, Staffan Kronwall, would play 66 National Hockey League games in that time over four seasons, split between Toronto, Washington and Calgary. Up for grabs here, is this Maple Leafs jersey worn by Kronwall during his rookie season of 2005-06. Made by Reebok, a single size “58” tag is affixed to the inner collar while both Reebok and NHL shield logos adorn the reverse neckline and hem respectively. Decorated over the front with a Maple Leafs team crest that has “Toronto Maple Leafs” embroidered, matching “TML” alternate logo patches reside over each shoulder. The sleeves and verso have had Kronwall’s number “44” sewn to them in tri-layer tackle twill numerals with “Kronwall” spelt out in single layer blue twill letters across the affixed matching nameplate. Exhibiting good game-wear via dark stick marks observed throughout the body and sleeves, a large blue board paint transfer is seen behind the left shoulder and at the back of the left hip as well as some stains near the bottom and an unrepaired hole near the top of the left elbow. A MeiGray patch numbered “C09881” is sewn inside the rear hem and according to their population report, the jersey is a “White Set 2” specimen and the jersey is accompanied by a matching LOA.
