Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction June 2023
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/27/2023
An Edmonton Oilers draft choice in 1998, Alex Henry dressed for four NHL clubs throughout his career and also played in the AHL and Europe. From his second season in Minneapolis, we have a Minnesota Wild third jersey worn by Henry in 2005-06. Left over stock made by Koho for the 2003-04 season with a single size “58” tag affixed to the inner collar, a piece of fabric with a Reebok patch sewn on has been added to cover up the old maker's mark on the back of the neck while the NHL shield has been embroidered into the reverse hem. Decorated over the front with a beautiful chenille Wild team crest with embroidered details, "36" has been added to the sleeves and verso with “Henry” spelt out across the affixed matching nameplate on the upper back. There are a few marks over the front from game-use, with faint burn marks to the upper right sleeve. The team patch resides on the inside hem, with a price tag from the team store attached to the fight strap. An LOA from the Wild will accompany.
