A product of the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers hockey program in the NCAA, Justin Holl, originally drafted by the Chicago Blackhawks in 2010, has been a part of the Leafs organization at both the AHL and NHL levels since 2015, helping the Marlies to a Calder Cup in 2018. The first Maple Leafs defenseman to score two goals in his first two games, offered here is this photo-matched Reverse Retro program jersey worn by Holl during the 2020-21 season. Based around the jerseys worn by the Buds in 1970, the Adidas made garment features a band that displays both “Made in Canada” and size “58” designations over the inner collar while both Adidas and NHL crests adorn the front and reverse necklines respectively. Decorated over the front with a vintage style Maple Leafs team crest that has “Toronto Maple Leafs” embroidered into it, matching blue alternate logo patches reside over each shoulder. Having had Holl’s number “3” sewn to the sleeves and verso with “Holl” spelt out across the affixed matching nameplate, the jersey worn for two games (January 30th vs Edmonton and February 6th vs Vancouver) according to the included Leafs LOA, exhibits game-wear through board burns over each sleeve including a heavy cluster near the left elbow that has resulted in a small hole. Showcasing two Maple Leafs team tags over the interior reverse hem including one that is serial numbered to match the accompanying LOA, the jersey has been photo-matched with Getty Image #1300857174 (February 6th, 2021 vs Vancouver) to the two loose grey threads at the right side of the collar.
