Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction Spring 2023

Perhaps the most important member of the “Core Four” that propelled the New York Yankees to World Series championships in 1996, 1998, 1999 and 2000 with a fifth ring added in 2009, Derek Jeter would spend his entire 20-year Major League career in Yankees pinstripes, finishing with 3465 hits and was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame during his first year of eligibility getting 99.75% of possible votes. Up for grabs here, is this pair of HOFer Derek Jeter 1993 Upper Deck SP rookie cards. Both in raw ungraded form, the better of the two cards shows damage/wear to the top right corner with additional wear present at the bottom right point as well as some very light and small surface scratches, putting it in the condition vicinity of EX-MT. The second card shows light wear/damage to all four corners along with a few fine long scratches to the surface, dropping the desirable first-year cardboard into the range of EX to EX-MT in our opinion. A coveted pair of cards of “Mr. November” don’t miss out on this pairing!
