Finishing in first place during the 1920-21 NHL regular season, the Ottawa Senators were led in scoring by HOFer Cy Denneny. Also topping the standing that season in their respective PCHA league, the Vancouver Millionaires featured the iconic Fred "Cyclone" Taylor in his last full season (he would play just a single game in 1922-23 before retiring). The two clubs would meet in the Stanley Cup finals, with Ottawa winning the hard fought best-of-five series, 3-2. From the collection of HOFer Harry "Punch" Broadbent who played in the series, we have a 1921 Stanley Cup score card for Game 4, on March 31, 1921 (won by Vancouver 3-2, with Broadbent scoring the second Ottawa goal). A single page at roughly 7" x 10", "World's Series" is listed along the top, with the line-ups beneath loaded with HOF talent including Benedict, Cleghorn, Nighbor, Lehman, Adams, Gerard, and others. There is a vertical as well as a horizontal fold line, toning, and a small edge tear at the horizontal fold line. This important piece would look stunning framed.
