The second to last hockey release done by Canadian company Parkhurst, their complete 56-card 1962-63 assembly is up on the block here, paced by the freshly graded offerings of HOFers Gordie Howe (card #30 – EX 5 and card #31 – NM 7), Jean Beliveau (NM 7), Jacques Plante (EX 5) and Dave Keon (EX-MT 6), the last of the graded cards is found in the form of the checklist “Tally Card” which has been deemed worthy of a VG-EX 4. For the raw cards that make up the rest of the consistent mid-grade contingent, those found to be in the vicinity of EX-MT to NM condition, though displaying some toning over their reverses, total twenty-four (24) and include #’s 4-Mahovlich, 5-Kelly, 7-Horton, 9-Stanley, 10, 12, 16-Bower, 18-Mahovlich, 19 (RC), 21-Ullman, 22, 23 (RC), 25-Gadsby, 28, 29 (RC), 33-Pronovost, 36, 37-Goyette, 40, 43, 46-Tremblay (RC), 47, 51-Talbot and 52. The last group of raw cards that make up the complete assembly are all seen as being in the vicinity of EX to EX-MT condition and total twenty-six, featuring the cardboard of 1-Harris, 2-Duff, 3-Baun, 6, 8-Brewer, 11-Pulford, 13-Armstrong, 14-Shack, 17, 20 (RC), 26, 27, 32-Delvecchio, 34-Abel (coach), 35, 38-Richard, 41-Provost, 42-Moore, 44, 45, 48-Geoffrion, 50, 53-Geoffrion and 54-J.C. Tremblay (RC). Additionally, also included with the set are a total of five (5) #NNO Zip Entry Game Cards (1 for the set plus 4 extras) that are in the condtion ranges of VG-EX to EX (x2) and VG-EX (x3) as well as an extra copy of card #1 picturing Billy Harris that is also found to be in the scope of VG-EX to EX condition.
