Defeating the Sydney Millionaires 3 games to 2, the Regina Rangers captured the Allan Cup in 1941 to claim supremacy amongst Canadian
senior-amateur teams. This framed panoramic photo features the Allan Cup champion Rangers, including netminder "Sugar" Jim Henry. At 8" x
17", the full team is lined up with trophies including the Allan Cup, with each player listed beneath. Matted and in the original frame to
full dimensions of approx 11 1/2" x 21 1/2", the photo appears flawless, with some wear to the frame. We should also note that
interestingly, this photo was shown years ago to hockey collector, historian and expert Bill Campbell, and he stated that the wool
jerseys the team is wearing were recycled 1937 New York Rangers jerseys. From the Brent Sobie antique hockey and baseball collection.
