Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction June 2023
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/27/2023
His second occasion of donning the colours of his country, Chris Kreider saw action at the 2010 IIHF World Championships for Team USA, scoring 2 points in his 6 games. This signed Team USA jersey was worn by the Rangers' winger in the May 12, 2010 match vs Finland (3-2 loss for the US). An IIHF label with Nike “60” sizing is affixed to the collar, with an IIHF patch over the reverse lower hem. Styled with the familiar Team USA logo to the chest, the polyester jersey sports "19" in tackle twill to the sleeves and verso, with matching star crests over each shoulder, along with sponsorship patches from Tissot. The jersey shows a few marks to the sleeves, with red paint transfer over the left sleeve's number. Kreider has signed the reverse "9" in black marker. An inventory bar code from Nike has been added to the inside hem near a Team USA/MeiGray patch, with an LOA from USA Hockey to accompany.
