Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction Winter 2023
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/28/2023
Following in the footsteps of Ken Dryden as a graduate of Cornell University, Brendon Nash signed as a free agent with the Montreal Canadiens to a two-year entry-level contract in 2010. Seeing only 2 regular-season games for the Habs in 2010-11, Nash also saw action in the AHL and Europe. We have a Canadiens jersey that was issued to the Kamloops native for the 2011 Heritage Classic. A size “58” CCM label is affixed to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Featuring the famous CH team crest partially-embroidered, the white V-neck has been accented with tri-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with “Nash” across the nameplate in single blue twill along with the Heritage Classic crest over the right breast. Issued but never worn, the jersey remains in beautiful condition. The team patch (A02301) sits on the inside hem near a MeiGray label (H06997), while a hologram numbered “GU11456” from the Canadiens has been affixed to the reverse "47”. According to the MeiGray population report, the jersey is a "White - Heritage Classic 2/20/11 GI" specimen. An LOA from the Canadiens will accompany.
with a matching team LOA to accompany.
