Some old school lumber from some noteworthy players is up for grabs here through this late-1990s/early-2000s game-used and game-issued stick collection of ten (10). Featuring twigs once wielded by or made for combatants such as Scott Stevens (Easton Grip Lite – Early-2000s – Blade tape removed and signed in black ink displaying well), Mike Vernon (Hespeler – Early-2000s – Signed in black ink on the upper paddle – Has a couple chips in the paddle), Rick Nash (TPS Response – Early-2000s Rookie Era – Auto on blade in silver showing wear), Bob Gainey (Sher-Wood – Coaches stick issued to him in Dallas but never used), Marc Denis (CCM Heaton 10 – Early-2000s – Signed in silver at top of paddle with the autograph displaying well), Keith Jones (Easton T-Flex – Late-1990s – Issued to him but never used - Signed on the blade ink black and displaying well), Ed Jovanovski (Classic Power Stick – Late-1990s – Signed on the blade in black ink) and Ray Whitney (Easton Synergy – Early-2000s – Signed in silver over the blade tape and showing wear). Two of the sticks, a KOHO Revolution displaying a handwritten “18” over the red-cloth-over white knob/handle tape and a CCM Vector with heavy wear and no identifiers were used by players unbeknownst to us or our consignor. With most showing player names stamped or in factory graphics over the upper shaft or heel, all the game-used sticks still sport their original tape jobs on the blades and handles/knobs unless stated above and all show a varying degree of game-wear via marks/abrasions to the blades and shaft, nicks and chips with none showing breaks or flaws that make them structurally unsound. Of note, the Stevens stick is coated in a sticky grip substance and most of the autographs are personalized to our consignor.
