Taking up residence in New Jersey for the beginning of the 1982-83 season, the New Jersey Devils have won three Stanley Cups in the franchise’s history, raising Lord Stanley’s mug in 1995, 2000 and 2003. Up for grabs here, is this collection of ten (10) mid-to-late-1990s and early-2000 New Jersey Devils game-used sticks featuring examples used by noteworthy players and coaches such as Elias, Holik, Schwab, Lemaire and Robinson. Featuring twigs once wielded by or made for combatants such as Corey Schwab (Cooper Reactor – Late-1990s with Tampa Bay – Signed on the upper paddle in black ink with the autograph displaying well - Crack in the blade under the tape and a chip over lower paddle), Tom Chorske (Sher-Wood – Mid-to-Late-1990s with New York Islanders – Signed over the blade in black marker and showing some fading), Jacques Lemaire (Sher-Wood – 1996-97 with New Jersey - Signed and dated on shaft in blue displaying well), Kristoff Oliwa (Vic 9050 – Late-1990s with New Jersey – Signed near the heel in black and displaying well), Lyle Odelein (Sher-Wood – Late-1990s with New Jersey - Signed over blade tape in black and displaying well with some light fading), Larry Robinson (KOHO Revolution – Early-2000s with New Jersey - Signed over blade in black and displaying well), Bobby Holik (Sher-Wood – Early-2000s with New Jersey – Signed over lower shaft in black and displaying well), Patrick Elias x2 (Sher-Wood ETS – Early-2000s with New Jersey - Signed over blade in silver and displaying well – Stick has a crack on the backside of the lower shaft AND Sher-Wood PMP 7000 – Early-2000s with New Jersey – Signed over lower shaft in black and displaying with some wear) and Bobby Carpenter (Bauer Supreme – Late-1990s with New Jersey - Signed over blade in gold and displaying well. With all showing with the player names stamped over the upper shaft or handwritten number identifiers, all the sticks still sport their original tape jobs on the blades and handles/knobs unless they have been removed to facilitate an autograph. All show a varying degree of game-wear via marks/abrasions to the blades and shaft, nicks and chips with none showing breaks or flaws that make them structurally unsound unless listed above.
