The 74th Grey Cup game took place at BC Place Stadium, on November 30, 1986. Featuring the Hamilton Tiger-Cats battling the Edmonton Eskimos, the Tiger-Cats unexpectedly dominated the Eskimos, winning the 1986 Grey Cup 39–15. Drafted by the Detroit Lions in 1980, Mark Streeter spent seven seasons in the CFL including five with Hamilton, and was "ALL-CFL" in 1986. From that award winning season, we have the 10K gold and diamond ring that was presented to Streeter for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats 1986 Grey Cup championship. Size 11 1/2 with an approximate weight of 34 grams, a raised Ti-Cats logo sits over the tableau near a large diamond, encompassed by "Grey Cup Champions" and "1986" in raised letters/numerals. The right shank has "Hamilton" above and "CFL" below, along with the score of the Grey Cup game, while the left shank sports Ti-Cats helmet with "Streeter" above and "08-20" below. The inner band is stamped "Jostens 10K". The ring shows heavy wear from use with scratches throughout along with numerous dings and small nicks to the edges of the shanks and band.
