A veteran of 25 National Hockey League seasons, Mark Messier would hoist Lord Stanley’s Cup a total of six times over his career and would win the Hart Memorial Trophy as league MVP in 1990 and 1992. Heading to the west coast of Canada to play for the Vancouver Canucks in between his two stints with the New York Rangers, offered here is this Mark Messier Vancouver Canucks pro on-ice style jersey that has been signed by the 2007 HHOF inductee. Sporting CCM, Centre Ice and size “52” labels affixed to the inner collar with the logos of CCM and NHL embroidered into the reverse hem, the front of the jersey is decorated with the Canucks team crest that featured embroidered and textured details. The all-important 1998 NHL All-Star Game patch resides over the right breast with the distinguished captain's "C" over the left while the sleeves and verso have been accented with Messier’s number “11” in tri-layer tackle twill numerals with “Messier” across the top of the back in single layer letters. Messier has signed the first reverse number “1” with a bold black ink signature that displays without issue. Additionally, a souvenir 1994 Stanley Cup trophy commemorating the Rangers championship that has been signed by Messier is also included. Measuring 8” high, the piece remains in excellent condition with only light handling wear. Featuring a Rangers medallion affixed to the front, Messier has signed above with a fine blue ink signature that displays without issue.
