Selected by Tampa Bay 19th overall in 2012, goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy is a four-time All-Star who led the Lightning to back-to-back Stanley Cup championships, with the Vezina Trophy won in 2019 followed by the Conn Smythe Trophy, in 2021. Offered here, is the jersey worn by Vasilevskiy during the Lightning’s banner raising, 2021-22 season Home Opener against the Pittsburgh Penguins on October 12, 2021. An Adidas band with size “60G” sizing resides over the inner collar, with NHL and Adidas crests over the front and reverse neckline respectively. Featuring a twill Lightning crest over the front, a 2020-21 Stanley Cup Champions banner patch is sewn to the right breast, with alternate logo patches residing over each shoulder. The sleeves and verso are decorated with Vasy’s number “88” in dual layer tackle twill with “Vasilevskiy” spelt out across the affixed matching nameplate in white twill letters. Worn for just a single contest, the jersey shows no obvious game-wear and remains in beautiful condition while on the interior, a team patch denoting the jersey as being from “Banner Night”, is sewn on. A Lightning hologram is affixed at the fight strap and is accompanied by a matching LOA from the team.
