A Calder Cup champion with Lake Erie in 2016, Zach Werenski has spent his career thus far with Columbus. The Michigan native has also represented the US at the World Juniors and World Championships. Offered here, is this Blue Jackets jersey worn by Werenski during the 2021-22 season. An Adidas band with “58” sizing appears on the inside collar, a silver handwritten “4” is found over the screened Primegreen logo, with NHL and Adidas crests adorning the front and back necklines respectively. Styled with a textured, partially embroidered Blue Jackets team crest over the front, the distinguished alternate captain’s “A” is sewn to the left breast. Alternate logo crests reside over each shoulder, while the sleeves and verso have been accented with Werenski’s number “8” in ventilated tackle twill with “Werenski” spelt across the affixed matching nameplate in single layer navy letters. Sporting good game-wear, board burns are found over each sleeve, with stick marks present over the front, reverse and both sleeves. A team repair is found on the right sleeve as well as a small unrepaired hole. A team patch is affixed inside the rear hem, denoting the jersey as a “2021-22 season official game jersey” with a MeiGray patch numbered “U04618” alongside it. According to the company’s population report, the jersey is a “White Set 3 w/A” specimen. Additionally, the jersey has been photo-matched with Getty Image #1240261929 (April 26, 2022 vs Tampa Bay) to the stick mark seen on the right sleeve near the armpit. A Blue Jackets LOA will accompany the jersey.
