The piece de resistance for any child of the early 50’s working on completing their Parkhurst hockey card sets, we have empty albums offered by the iconic company from the 1952-53 and 1953-54 seasons. Once upon a time, youngsters of the day would be having the time of their lives filling the respective pages with the carboard images of players such as Gordie Howe, Maurice Richard, and Terry Sawchuk. The 1952-53 album (9” x 11”) features attractive cover graphics and complete set checklist on the back with all 13 of its original card sheets present and intact with spaces to display 8 cards a sheet for a 104-card total, with a slot for your personal favourite to complete the album. The 1953-54 album (9” x 10 ½”) features year and set information on the cover with a similar checklist found on the backside. Coming complete with 11 sheets containing 9 spaces per sheet for a total of 99 cards with a spot for your personal favourite to completely hold the 100 set. Both albums present well with some creasing, toning and tape residue, and would compliment complete sets nicely.
