A product of the USA Hockey National Team Development Program, Anders Bjork played his collegiate hockey in the Ivy League with Notre Dame, and was drafted by Boston in 2014. After parts of four seasons in Beantown, Bjork was involved in a trade with Buffalo that sent Taylor Hall and Curtis Lazar to Massachusetts. This photo-matched Bruins jersey was worn by Bjork during his NHL debut in 2017-18, on Oct 5th vs Nashville, where he earned his first career point in a 4-3 victory at home. “56” sizing is listed to the Adidas collar band, with NHL and Adidas crests to the front and reverse necklines respectively. Styled with the classic spoked-B team crest in tackle twill, “10” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in matching material, with the NHL centennial crest to the right sleeve. The jersey shows moderate game-use with a few marks over the lower front and burns to the sleeves. Getty Image #858580714 (Oct 5, 2017) has been matched to particularities within the threading to the "1" and "0" of "10" on the left sleeve, to the extended thread visible at the very bottom right corner of the alternate logo on the left shoulder, and to the burn mark positioned just above the alternate logo within the image. The extended gold thread at the middle left of the team crest is also visible. A MeiGray patch numbered “P00166” is affixed to the inside hem, and according to the company’s population report, the jersey is a “Black Set 1 w/ NHL Centennial Patch – NHL Debut & 1st NHL Point” specimen. An LOA from the Bruins will accompany.
