This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 12/14/2022
Bound to raise the eyebrows of any hockey fan and truly providing something for everyone is this collection of vintage memorabilia and autographed items. To start, a complete set of 1966-67 Maple Leafs Hockey Talks records is featured in their colourful glory. Both the records and sleeves largely remain in good condition with the Bob Pulford and Tim Horton sleeves showing staining. Adding to the appeal, the records sleeves for Keon, Bower, Mahovlich and Shack have each been signed by the featured player with the signatures displaying well and without issue. Next, a 1964-65 Leafs vs Red Wings program from Maple Leaf Gardens is found. Complete while exhibiting light spin wear with spotting to the cover and bending/light tears to a few of the interior pages, the front has been signed Johnny Bower, Norm Ulman and Gordie Howe with Howe once again signing the inside along with Bobby Hull on a photo of the two superstars. Additional items of note include four books by Ed Fitkin covering Turk Broda, Maurice Richard, The Gashouse Gang and Ted Kennedy (which is signed by Kennedy on the interior), six other hockey publications ranging from 1936-63, a 1958 Whitby Dunlops World Champions pennant, 3 WHA pennants featuring Quebec, Cincinnati and Birmingham, a Wayne Gretzky collectors plate and 9 sports patches including a Colorado Rockies jersey crest and a Bobby Orr number retirement banner replica.
