Sporting the iconic Vancouver Millionaires jerseys made famous by the Patrick Brothers and Cyclone Taylor, the Canucks battled the nostalgically-clad Ottawa Senators in the 2014 Heritage Classic held at BC Place on March 2nd. This Vancouver Millionaires jersey was worn during the second period by winger David Booth. Labeling with “58” sizing is affixed to the collar, with partially embroidered NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Featuring an attractive textured “V” team crest with “Vancouver” embroidered, the important 2014 Heritage Classic patch resides over the right breast along with “7” in white felt sewn to the verso. Worn for just a single period, there are a couple small and faint burn marks to the left sleeve. A MeiGray patch numbered “K09616” sits on the inside hem, and according to the MeiGray population report, the jersey is a “Maroon – Vancouver Millionaires Heritage Classic 3/2/14 – Team Set-Worn Period 2 3/2/14 at BC Place” specimen.
