Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction Fall 2022
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 9/21/2022
Built in 1974, Edmonton Northlands Coliseum would be called home by the Edmonton Oilers organization for a total of 42 years, culminating in five Stanley Cup banners hanging from its rafters. Witnesses of countless epic hockey showdowns as well as other entertaining and sporting spectacles is this pair of seats offered here from the famed building. In distinctive Oiler blue, the padded fold down chairs are made of a rigid plastic with armrests that fold up. Remaining in their original condition from when they were removed from the arena, they exhibit light wear such as dirt, scuffs and scratches while still being fully functional with the chair, padding and fabric fully intact and free from rips. Measuring out to approximate dimensions of 46” x 33 ½”, the riser mounted chairs are ready for mounting to be enjoyed for years to come. Please also note that due to the size and weight, special shipping arrangements may be required.
