Featuring not only two Hockey Hall of Fame members but two of the greatest goaltenders in the game’s history is this lot of framed items featuring the signatures of Gerry Cheevers and Johnny Bower. First, is a display featuring an action shot of Cheevers measuring 10 ½” x 13 ½” that has been signed by the netminder with a bold blue signature with an added “HOF 85” inscription that displays without issue. Measuring out to full dimensions of 18 ½” x 22 ½” and double matted, the bottom shows Bruins jersey pins as well as display plaque. Showing only light wear at the corners, a COA is affixed to the reverse of the frame. Secondly, is a frame featuring a 7 ½” x 9 ½” photo of Cheevers famous mask that has been signed with a fine silver ink signature with a similar “HOF 85” inscription added. Displaying with full dimensions of 18 ¾” x 22 ¾”, the top features a Hockey Hall of Fame logo pin with a plaque at the bottom displaying information about the piece with the display encased under a white matte and housed in a sleek black frame that shows a scratch to the right side. A COA is affixed to the rear of the frame. Lastly, and perhaps the most recognizable hockey art piece is a framed lithograph of Ken Danby’s “At the Crease”. Measuring 14 ¾” x 18 ¾”, the double matted piece is housed in a dark wooden frame the measures out to full dimensions of 23 ¾” x 27 ¾” with light wear being found at the top left corner. The bottom of the has been signed by both Johnny Bower and Gerry Cheevers in pencil with both displaying beautifully. An information plaque has been placed underneath the piece between the signatures while a COA is found on the reverse side of the frame.
