Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction Fall 2022
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 9/20/2022
The first runner-up for the Hart Memorial Trophy in 1997, Paul Kariya spent 15 seasons in the NHL, with his international resume especially impressive, winning gold at the 2002 Winter Olympics and 1994 World Championships. We have a signed stick used by the BC native in the mid-to-late-1990s. An Easton Ultra Lite Graphite model with the original white tape over the handle and knob, the stick is void of any “Kariya” identifiers. Just light use is exhibited, with minimal wear to the blade along with a few marks to the stem and lower shaft while Kariya has signed a gold ink signature along the blade that has faded heavily over time.
