The hands down greatest golfer of all-time and winner of pretty much everything that you can think of when it comes to the game, Tiger Woods has had his name become synonymous when it comes to the game of golf. Presented his is a lovely lot of four (4) graded Tiger Woods cards ranging from the years 1997 to 2001. Leading us off is a 1997 Sports Weekly Magazine promo card #12 of young Tiger. Classified as a soft rookie release, the card features the even in young age superstar putting with a hard to see facsimile signature in the lower left-hand corner. Graded a NM-MT 8.0 by PRO carries strong attributes with only a touch of white on 3 of the 4 corners. Two of the remaining three cards hail from Upper Deck’s 2001 Tiger Woods Collection release and showcase Tiger’s wins at both the 2000 PGA Championship as well as the 2000 US Open. Both feature Woods in his iconic red final round polo shirt in the middle of or just finished sinking putts. Both have been graded by BCCG and have been awarded grades of Mint or Better perfect 10’s. Lastly, and perhaps the best of the foursome, is a 2001 Upper Deck Golf #SL-11 Stat Leaders short print rookie of Tiger Woods. Taking about how is per round shot average at the time was the lowest on the PGA Tour on the reverse side of the card, the front, in a metallic design, showcases the golf legend tipping his hat after sinking a putt. Graded a GEM-MT 10 by WCG, the card presents well with no flaws apparent to the naked eye. All cards are held in holders from their respective companies that remain in excellent condition and show only minor scratching front and back.
