Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction Spring 2022

Once just a promising young outfielder prospect in the Minor League system of the Montreal Expos, Tim Raines blossomed into a bonafide superstar with Nos Amours when he broke into the Major League roster of the Expos fulltime starting in 1981. Enjoying a career that spanned over 23 season that included a World Series Championship in 1998, Raines is featured here on card #816 of the 1981 Topps Traded set in what is regarded as his true rookie card. Sporting incredible eye appeal with a photo of the young Raines taken during Spring Training, the card features perfect attributes with its corners, edges, and surface, so perfect in fact, that it has been given the distinguished grade of GEM MT 10 by industry leader PSA. Housed in a familiar PSA holder, it features only the occasional light scratch. A recent inductee to the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, don’t miss your chance to add this beautiful card to your collection.
