Currently serving as the special assistant to the general manager of the Columbus Blue Jackets, Rick Nash was selected first overall by the club in 2002 and spent nine seasons in Ohio, with Team Canada also represented on numerous occasions. This lot contains a trio of photo displays signed by the Brampton native, including one with the Blue Jackets, while the other two honour his time with Team Canada. First, The Columbus frame feature’s an 8” x 10” of Nash in game-action, in full release, with a black marker signature placed near his image. Double-matted and framed to 18 ¾” x 18 ¾”, a pin has been placed above and line drawing of Nationwide Arena below, with a hologram affixed from Frameworth (018795). The second frame feature’s a 16” x 20” photo of Nash scoring on the Americans, with his blue sharpie signature flawless. Triple-matted and framed to 26 ½” x 29 ½”, pins and a name plaque have been added, with a hologram affixed from Frozen Pond and a COA attached to the reverse of the frame. The last frame feature’s an 8” x 10” image of Nash in action for Team Canada, with his thick marker signature placed beneath his image. Triple-matted and framed to 14” x 17”, a pin and name plaque have been added, with a pair of holograms has been affixed including from Frameworth (020948), with a matching COA from the company to accompany (we should also note wear and some minor chipping to the frames).
