Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction Spring 2022

The Calder Memorial Trophy winner in 1971, averaging almost a-point-a-game throughout his rookie season, Gilbert Perreault spent his entire 17-season career with Buffalo, earning 8 All-Star Game appearances along with the Lady Byng Trophy, in 1973. This vintage Buffalo Sabres jersey has been signed by the franchise's all-time goals, assists and points leader. Produced by Sandow with a faded label affixed to the collar, along with a tackle twill team crest and numbers, Perreault has signed the second reverse “1” in silver adding “HOF 90”, with the signature blending into the background material somewhat. The jersey itself exhibits some general toning to the material, with a few small stains over the front. Hailing from a smokers home, a JSA Basic Certification will accompany.
